sgt.smith products
All of our products are made from excellent quality cotton jersey made to the highest standards of manufacturing. We only use manufacturers that implement fair trade practices. We hand-print the garments ourselves using excellent quality textile vinyl applied through either screen printing or heat transfer methods. We carry out extensive user trials to ensure our garments have maximum durability.
How to order
The easiest way to order is online. Simply browse our online store and add your products to the shopping bag. When you have made your selection click 'checkout' to place your order and make payment. When we have received your order details we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that it is being processed and advise of delivery times. We will email you again to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Payment
You can pay for your sgt.smith goods online using a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards and we also accept payments through paypal and google checkout.
Gift wrapping
All sgt.smith products are sent out wrapped in tissue paper with a gift tag already attached for you to fill in. We can dispatch to your gift recipient at no extra cost, simply let us have your gift message and we will hand write it onto your gift tag.
Wash and care instructions
Our garments are machine washable at up to 40 degrees celsius and we suggest that printed garments are ironed on the reverse. We do not recommend tumble drying.
Delivery
Standard orders placed before 1:00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Personalised t-shirts and gift sets are custom made and therefore take a little longer. We aim to dispatch all custom made orders within 7 working days.

Returns and Exchanges
We put every effort into ensuring that sgt.smith products are second to none. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition with the sgt.smith swing ticket and all tags still attached. Delivery charges are non refundable but we will send out a replacement free of charge. Please also provide proof of purchase, for example a delivery note or paper copy of a confirmation email. Security and Privacy
We understand the importance of privacy and security. When you place an order with us we ask for information such as your name, email address, delivery address and contact details. We keep a record of some of your information, such as your contact details, purchases with us and any email correspondence you send us. This helps us to process your order efficiently, deal with any queries you may have and track any concerns you may have had with our products or services. We may, from time to time, use your information for our own marketing purposes. We do not store financial information and we do not pass on your details to any third party.
